What Where to Fly is

Where to Fly helps you pick a holiday destination when there are too many options and too little time to sort through them. We gather in one place what actually shapes a trip: seasons and weather, visa rules, direct flights, whether eSIM works and whether your card is accepted, the typical budget and the style of holiday. We do not dress things up: if a point has not been verified we write “no data” rather than pass a guess off as a fact.

The service is free. Some links are affiliate links (they are labelled), but that does not affect the matching: the order of destinations is calculated from your answers, not from what pays us best.

We score the match

We check your answers against each country’s season, visa rules, connectivity and budget — and rank by how well they match, not by who pays.

We show up to six options

Each one comes with a short “why this place”: what matched and what to keep in mind. No promises we cannot keep.

You save and compare

Save the countries you like to favourites and put the doubtful ones side by side across every parameter. The trip checklist is ready and waiting.

Frequently asked questions

How much does destination matching cost?

Nothing. Matching, destination comparison, favourites and checklists are free. The service earns from affiliate referrals, and those blocks are always labelled “Advertising”.

Do you book flights and hotels?

No. We help you choose a destination and show you where to go next. Booking happens on the airline’s or hotel’s own site — check prices and availability there, as they change more often than our reviews are updated.

Where does the visa and direct flight data come from?

From open official sources and timetables, with the date they were checked. If a condition cannot be confirmed the feature is marked “no data” — we never pass a guess off as a fact. Visa rules change, so check with the consulate before buying a ticket.

Do I have to register?

No. Matching, favourites and comparison work for guests and are stored in your browser. A one-time code sign-in is only needed to carry your lists over to another device.

Why is it mostly Asia right now?

We are launching with the destinations whose data quality we can stand behind — winter Asia and the Middle East. New regions are added as soon as we have the same complete set of features for them.
